Nervión Marquises Palace-House
Mercer Residences Sevilla is housed in the Marquises of Nervión former mansion, a 17th century manor house rehabilitated to adapt to the 21st century without losing its character.
Until 1986, this 2.000sqm mansion was owned by the widowed Marchioness of Nervión -grandee of Spain and lady of Queen Victoria Eugenia- and it was the setting for Seville's high society events. Prominent personalities of the 20th century such as Princes Grace Kelly and Rainier of Monaco; Jacqueline Onassis, Carmen Polo or María de las Mercedes de Borbón y Orleans -grandmother of Felipe VI King of Spain- strolled around the courtyard and gardens.
